【摘要】:Thisprocedureissuitableformanufacturingcontrolandforverifyingthattheproductmeetsspecifications.Thistestmethodprovidesrapid,multielementdeterminationswithsufficientaccuracytoensureproductqualityandminimizeproductiondelays.TheanalyticalperformancedatamaybeusedasabenchmarktodetermineifsimilarX-rayspectrometersprovideequivalentprecisionandaccuracy,oriftheperformanceofaparticularX-rayspectrometerhaschanged.Calciumissometimesaddedtosteeltoeffectinclusionshapecontrolinordertoenhancecertainmechanicalpropertiesofsteel.Thistestmethodisusefulfordeterminingtheresidualcalciuminthesteelaftersuchtreatment.5.2.1Becausecalciumoccursprimarilyininclusions,theprecisionofthistestmethodisafunctionofthedistributionofthecalcium-bearinginclusionsinthesteel.Thevariationofdeterminationsonfreshlypreparedsurfaceswillgivesomeindicationofthedistributionoftheseinclusions.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthewavelengthdispersiveX-rayspectrometricanalysisoflow-alloysteelsforthefollowingelements:ElementConcentrationRange,%Nickel0.04to3.0Chromium0.04to2.5Manganese0.04to2.5Silicon0.06to1.5Molybdenum0.005to1.5Copper0.03to0.6Vanadium0.012to0.6Cobalt0.03to0.2Sulfur0.009to0.1Niobium0.002to0.1Phosphorus0.010to0.08Calcium0.001to0.007
