【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsfordesignoftailliftsasdefinedin3.1formountingonwheeledgoodsvehicles.Italsospecifiestheverificationofsuchtailliftsandthesafetyinformationthatshallbeprovidedfortheiruse.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimizethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationoftailliftswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsasintendedbythemanufacturerorhisauthorizedrepresentative.Itappliestotaillifts:--usedforthepurposeofloadingand/orunloadingsuchvehicles;--intendedtobefitted,temporarilyorpermanently,eitherinsideoronthefront,sideorrearofthewheeledvehicle;--driveneitherbyhandorelectricpowered;--equippedwithaplatformtosupportloadswhichcomprisegoods,anoperator,oracombinationofthetwo;--withamaximumliftingheightnotexceeding3maboveground,themeasurementshallbemadewhentheplatformisunloaded;--rotarytypewithamaximumliftingheightnotexceeding2m;--usedasalinkbridgewhenintendedbythemanufacturer.NOTEAtailliftshouldnotbeconfusedwithalinkbridgeattachedtoaloadingdockwhichisincludedwithinthedefinitionofadocklevellerandisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Loadingand/orunloadingoperationsincludetheuseofataillifttoliftand/orlowerloadsThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:--operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchasfreezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,contaminatingenvironments,strongmagneticfields);--operationssubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres);--supplybyelectricalnetworksandtheelectricalcircuit;--powertakeoffpartofthesystem;--cablelessremotecontrolandelectronicequipment;--electromagneticcompatibility(emission-immunity);--staticelectricityproblems;--handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/bases,radiatingmaterials,speciallybrittleloads);--hazardsoccurringduringinstallation,transportation,decommissioning;--hazardsoccurringwhenhandlingsuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreely;--requirementrelatedtotheuseonpublicroads;--windpressureinandoutofuse;--directcontactwithfoodstuffs;--earthquake;--lightning.
